CRUISE DETAILS

PAYMENTS - Initial deposit required is a minimum of $300/person by December 16, 2010.
Remaining balance is due on or before February 15, 2011.
Partial payments must be made(travel agent has details). Full payment may be made at any time. Payments may be made by check or credit card.
You can cancel without penalty by February 1, 2011.

BUS -The bus is included in the the cabin price. We will not know the exact pick up points till we're closer to the trip date. It will be in the Hazleton/Wilkes Barre/Scranton vicinity. The bus will transport us directly to the ship terminal and porters will be there to take all of your luggage except for your carry on.

ALCOHOL - Open Bar and Wine Program will include all beers, malt beverages, liquors, sodas, and non-alcoholic beverages listed on the Main Beverage Services Menu.

A selection of fine wines by the glass consisting of sparkling wine, white zinfandel, white wine, and red wine will be offered at all bar locations.

All bottled wines served in the Main Dining Room with dinner will be selected at the discretion of Carnival Cruise Lines with both red and white wines being offered each night.

This program is exclusive of the following: Any wines by the glass other than those offered in the program; souvenir glass drink, bottle sales of liquor, wine, and/or champagne; large bottles of natural spring water; in-cabin mini-bars and/or any other in-cabin beverage program; drinks ordered through room service; cigars; cookbooks and/or bar books; coffee and/or food items from the “Coffee Shop” Café; and any retail purchases or service charges.

In the event a program member wants to purchase any specialized item that is not included or covered under the Open Bar and Wine Program, he/she will need to use their standard Sail & Sign Card (their personal onboard account).

TIPS - Tips are not included in your cabin price. We will collect $2 for the bus driver each way. Also it is customary to give the porters a few dollars when they take your luggage from the bus. On the ship you do not need to tip as you go along.

$10 per person, per day is automatically added to ship board account. You may go to pursers desk any time during sailing and adjust this.

Included Beverage package includes gratuity for bar staff although addition gratuity may be added at the guests discretion.

PASSPORTS - PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED BY Carnival FOR THIS SAILING REGARDLESS OF THE STATE DEPT POLICY IN PLACE NOW REGARDING TRAVEL BY SEA.

SPECIAL NEEDS/REQUESTS - Any special requests for specific dinning/cabin assignments will be conveyed to the cruise line at time of booking but are confirmed at cruise lines final approval. Please advise us when you make your reservation of any special needs/requests so we can get it to the cruise line as soon as possible. The cruise line will make every effort to grant as many requests as they can.

Optional travel protection insurance is available upon request. Special pre-existing waiver available at the time of booking only. Please advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions at time of booking.

CREDIT CARDS - Be sure to call the credit card companies of any cards you'll be taking with you and let them know when & where you'll be traveling.
